Ah yes, muscle cars. Oh how the times have changed for these 3 brands.

Here we have the Ford Mustang, Dodge Charger, and Chevrolet Camaro.

The 3 legends. Though today, the Charger is 4 door only but it’s clone the Challenger is the main competitor for the Mustang GT and the Camaro SS as far as the consumer. In reality, I see the Mustang and Camaro being a closer match up than the USS Challenger/Charger brothers.

Back in the day, the competition was vast, spanning into many other brands and models. The classic recipe thought was still GM, Ford, Chrysler. Pony cars if you will.

These 3 HW’s each belong to my 3 red blooded, flag waving workmates. I asked them to choose a HW for their desk and they were split perfectly between Camaro, Charger, and Mustang. Had to be classics from the Muscle Car era that produced some truly rad cars.

I have a few fav 1:1's that i’ll consider owning. 1969 Torino/Fairlane 500 Fastback, 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger, or 1970 Nova SS. But overall as far as 1:1's of that era, those are it. I don’t think i’ll ever get away for the agony and headaches of European cars 1980-2005.
