Big things with little cars
Big things with little cars

When I picked up a bunch of DeAgostini 1/43 Scale Russian vehicles on the ‘Bay over a month ago. This was the last one I decided to throw into the group. Surprisingly, I think it is my favorite one now that I have DLM’ed it. The crisp colors and amazing detail really shine in this model! Headlights look superb. The paintjob is beautiful (unlike the previous DeAgostini I posted). The wheels have a terrific shade of red that really accents this wonderful design. It even has a non molded exhaust pipe on the undercarriage. I have to say, I love the level of detail these casts.

Nice details with the leaf spring suspension. I imagine this police car got stuck in the snow many times... But, no matter, as long as that massive siren on the roof could deafen criminals from a distance, they likely flocked to the car begging to be arrested.

I only have 1 more DeAgostini from the eBay haul to showcase... I will post it after the Holidays. Then, the hunt for more will resume! I’ve got a couple in my watch list. But, I am also being stingy about how much I want to spend. Which is good, keeping some rules in place will keep me from destroying my wallet with these wonderful cars.

Thanks for looking!
