If you ask literally anyone what the ONE THING missing from LaLD is, the answer will always be “a LaLD diecast delivery service.”

Well, as one of the LaLD moderators, I took this matter personally and wanted to see it remedied. And I can now happily report that we now offer a white-glove diecast delivery service!*

There are, of course, a few caveats, but nothing major. So go forth and buy lots of diecast, and maybe your car will be delivered by our wonderful service!**

*only on cars in impossibly small scales or smaller** but probably not.

It’s definitely not my best work, but it was a fun build. The tiny Beetle was the inspiration. I was really hoping it would fit neatly in the original roof rack of the Timeshifter, but since it did not, Option Two was inside.

The large rear post, as well as the fact that the Beetle was just a tad too long, nixed that option as well, so Option Three was a new roof rack.
So I closed up the roof, added some roof rails, and hope to still make a new roof basket. However, I felt it was already too long after August so the Beetle is just sitting ont he rails for now.

I also cut open the rear doors, and glued them in slightly ajar to give the illusion of being functional.

Custom exhaust, KRE Auto wheels, and some bilingual hand lettering finished it up. Hand lettering is definitely still the weakest part of my game, but i think in the end it came out alright!

Oh! And I added a driver! Cut him from the Loopster, and he worked perfectly! And since the Loopster has 4 passengers, I still have three other potential drivers ready for future cars. Hooray!
