They say stress increases your odds of making impulse purchases. I’ve had to deal with stress from my family over the resit exam I had on Monday, which results in stuff like this happening when I get to visit stores carrying die cast stuff, like when I tried taking the train home from the exam and when I went for a haircut.
No, I wasn’t expecting to get a GT350R. I’m quite partial to the Super Volt and the El Camino (although I like the version sans truck bed engine more), so it was my pick of the 3 packs on offer at Isetan.
The RMZ City Panamera is part of their Junior Collection. Which means it has a feature set similar to Maisto’s Fresh Metal Cars, although at a far more reasonable price point of RM 3.90 to RM 4.30 (whoever at Maisto South East Asia who decided that pricing their Fresh Metal cars higher than Hot Wheels mainlines had better not run into me). Sanjay told me they had matte black and red versions of the Panamera, so I had to check it out... and it’s as great looking as he said it is. Proportions seem better than Hot Wheels’ own casting, too.
