I've had a lot of customs in the works lately, and more still are as of yet underway. Here's a quick recap.
Let's start with the Hot Wheels. First, from the 2015 Mainline is an Eight Six that I call "my first Hachi." This is the sort of daily driven, occasionally drifted, non-hangar queen is what I would imagine my real hachiroku will be like once I finally get her ;-)
Also from the 2015 Mainline, a '69 SS396 Chevelle that I tried to make as factory as possible. I tried to leave some of the blue stripe to hint of a former racing career, long since retired and now daily driven. I wanted a "yesterday's racer" sort of feel.
Lastly, from the 1993 Mainline, an early model Ford Aerostar minivan. First off, I would never custom a car of this vintage, but I happened to have two, both in very good condition.
A few more shots of the HW.
Now for some Matchbox. First, #MB141, the metal base Jag XJ6.
Here's #MB192, a Rover Sterling.
How about #MB6? An R107 Benz 350SL.
Lastly, #MB59, Porsche's Typ-928
A few more shots of the MB's.
Still in the works are #MB184 (Ford LTD Vic), a Majorette Renault R5 Turbo, and of course, "Project Panel²" :-))
