Update: I sent another FB message, asking “did you get my previous messages” as a way to gently remind them. They responded and apologized, and asked for my address to send me a new one. It seems someone checked the messages and forgot, :/. But still, a resolution nevertheless. I’ll leave the previous post up so others can maybe get damaged cars replaced.

It’s been a week and two days, and I haven’t heard anything back from GL. I know someone here got a replacement from GL, and GL has been on their FB page since I asked them, so I’m confused as to why they seem to be ignoring me.
I do complain about QC (quality control) on GL products here, but never on my FB page. In fact, it looks like I’m a very happy customer on FB. So they shouldn’t be avoiding me because of that.
I’m debating if I should make a stink about this or not. I’ve sent an email to them and private FB messaged them; this is the first time i mentioned in a public space that I’ve reached out and they won’t respond back.
In fact, this customer relations thing is annoying. If they think my problem isn’t worth fixing, I shouldn’t be ignored, I should be told that they can’t do anything for me. It would be upsetting, but I can understand that.
