Happy National Mustang Day!

Yes, today is National Mustang Day, April 17. On this date back in 1964, the Mustang was introduced to the world at the New York World’s Fair.


And it’s such a nice coincidence when the Mustang’s “birthday” happens to fall on the day after you receive a RAOK from The Bell King. And not just any RAOK, but this:

That is a beautiful piece. It also happens to represent the first car I ever owned.

Unfortunately, I was t-boned in it and could not afford to put her back together. I dearly miss that car, but I will own another someday.
