My 90th post is another Radio car series from Tomica featuring the LV-Ra05 Nissan Cedric Cultural Broadcasting.
Nippon Cultural Broadcasting, Inc. (株式会社文化放送 Kabushiki Gaisha Bunka Hōsō, JOQR, QR) is a Japanese radio station in Tokyo which broadcasts to the Kanto area. It is one of the two flagship radio stations of National Radio Network.
The car used is a Nissan Cedric which is a large automobile produced by Nissan since 1960. It was developed to provide upscale transportation, competing with the Prince Skyline and Gloria which were later merged into the Nissan family.
The model is based on the 3rd generation and known as the 230 series which was released in 1971 and was produced through 1975.
I loved this generation as my parents used to own one and this is now my 3rd sedan in my collection.
Tomica did a great job with this model as everything looks great and for a small scale, the detail on this car is absolutely fabulous. The wheels (hub caps) are so nice that it even makes it look better.
It comes with a large box set and a regular size box.
This one comes with an antennae that you can stick on the roof.
Looks like a reunion between the radio car celebrities.
