Nearly a week ago I went hunting for a trade. While I was unsuccessful in finding my original goal, I dug through a huge pile of cars and found a great lot.

The E and F cases have some great new models! Many I have seen on the blog, some I had seen before, and others I already had but wanted again.

Grr

The new Integra has been popular and I had several to choose from. No droopy headlights today! The new and old 180's made an appearance as well. I also had to have another special Z car.

Japanese cars are most of my recent collection, usually focusing on Toyota. Too bad HW hasn’t produced anything new so far for this year. I know they went crazy in the past and made just about every one they had into a Super TH, but I missed that boat and seeing the green Supra on the shelf just doesn’t do it for me. FT-1?? LFA? Rally Celica? One day...

I am pumped for a new MX-5!

Kinja says I can write beside this layout, but I have yet to figure it out.

It took forever to figure out this new layou, but I believe it’s easier to read than the light grey caption font. I wish you could alternate which side it’s on and have even more flexibility with the size, but I don’t want to ask too much.

Ford has some awesome casts right now. The new Raptor looks great and is the first of what I’m calling the 2015 NAIAS collection that will also include the GT350 and all-new GT. Last year was my first time attending the show and it was pretty amazing to see all 3 new releases debut.

Hot wheels can never have too many Mustangs in its line up , but I thought the implementation of the SEMA car with 2 position chin was worth getting to try out for myself.

A mix of European and American cars. The new color of the GT2 looks great and $TH wheels even better. The blue P1 and another Lancia in all slightly different shades. While the corvettes share a metallic red. I had seen the TH before, but didn’t know what it was. I had also seen each of the mild/wild pair, but not together, so I decided to get them.

Finally the all-new Spectre DB10 along with some 007 peg warmers.

The Lincoln Continental and Mach1 were missing from the set, but two more Astons and the ever-so British Lotus espirit.

The Batman Tumbler Batmobile has new red-lined wheels. It will join a set of many I have collected. My first of this body style looks sinister. I also saw the classic in the entertainment series , but I’m waiting for it to come to the mainline later this year.

A little PSA (and reward for making it this far), the new Raptor has an issue with the rocker panel molding on most of the models I saw. If you are fortunate enough to find several, try to avoid this error.

Error above, correct below

Now for some close-ups:

A whole set! Would you look at that? All 3 are great!

Hoping to customize another. I am quite fond of the stock blue and Alitalia livery like the one posted earlier today.
I had passed on the Heralda livery before because of the white, but after hearing the story and seeing the Zamac edition, I decided to get this important piece of HW history.
A nice looking wild and extra wild pair.

These 4 will join the 2000GT roadster from You Only Live Twice. The special card art is a nice touch.

In closing, I still can’t stand dump bins (or Kinja), but they’re not always bad.

P.S. I almost forgot because I didn’t include it in the pictures, but I got one more than I’m saving ‘til Monday ;)
