Spridget and I got our second HWEP completed. Pair that with snagging all my old beaters from my parents attic this weekend... and I have a dungload of cars to take pictures of! I’ll lead off with this Greenlight Chevy because it’s absolutely awesome. Thank you Sir Spridget!
This Vauxhall will get a resto-mod. I love the design of this car. Wifi repair vans will be robbed of their wireless wheels.
Love the Lotus! The tow truck is terrific and in amazing condition. Nut sure what I am going to do with the Focus. But, it’s one of my favorite econo cars ever made.
The Scion Xb started this trade. It needs a little work. But, I think I am going to make a custom to match our 1:1 right down to the stickers and license plates. This corgi Ambulance needs some work. But, its amazing. I am definitely going to take it apart and re wire all the lights. I am happy to restore this amazing car. Also got a couple of Lesney random act of kindness cars. Thank you! These will be great donors for projects.
And... Onto the massive HAWL of my childhood collection. Bear in mind I LOVED diecast cars as a kid. These cars were the core of my fun times for most of my younger years! Most of them are pretty beat up! lol
First off is the four Tomicas I had to my name. I am so happy to be reunited with the Landcruiser. It was, by far, one of my most favorite Diecast cars to play with as a kid. I am glad it held up well being in storage for 30 years.
Four oddball Aurora Cigar Box cars.
Takara Penny Racers and a few other weird pullback cars. The Turbo ZX has a shifter and you can choose what gear you want the car to take off in.
Non battery powered mini stompers.
Massacred Johnny Lightning cars.
Weird Drone and Toyota Highace by a brand I am not familiar with.
Hotwheels bike? ‘murica.
Zee toys cars.
This is probably the rarest Diecast I have in my collection... a super rare SP 477 Corvette truck prototype. *sarcasm*
dear god... that’s a lot of Kenner Fast 111's
I thought I had more majorettes than this... Apparently I was mistaken. (or they are still stuck in the attic somewhere).
Trashed vintage HW redlines.
Friction Motor VW thing. And a whole messload of random brands and brandless cars.
Matchbox cars.... Lots of them... absurd amounts of them...
Stuck around this far? Good... Here’s a treat! You can see how young Alienprobe did diecast customs. Two easy steps... paint exterior with black or silver sharpie, cover with VHS cassette tape labels and OH YEAH AWESOMENESS!! (duct tape optional)
Thanks for looking! I now have more spare parts than I know what to do with.
