No more V Spec or Spec Vs today, this time we have the classic 1989 BNR32 Series 1 base model.
There are several stock BNR32 base models in my collection, including a Tomica Basic from a GT-R box set, Kyosho Premium, Tamiya, Kyosho Beads, and even a custom Hot Wheels.
And they all look exactly the same with signature stock 5-spokes (besides the basic Tomica) and Gunmetal Grey paint.
And I can’t get enough of them either and am looking forward to the one expected from Mini GT within the next year or two.
This one specifically is the Tamiya Collector’s Club 1/64 scale with opening parts. The doors have some panel gaps and the doors open a little funky from most angles. But it is still one of the better R32 GT-Rs in my collection
This one as used for the shoot because it simply is the closest R32 GT-R base model that I can grab a take a few shots.
Good luck guessing what my next two LaLD Car Week posts will be 😉
