A roundup of all the awesome Reviews on Live And Let Die-cast.
Good Tuesday LaLD! First, i'd like welcome all of our new authors to that auto enthusiast based die-cars blog. On Tuesdays, I do a quick run down of the week's awesome reviews. In a review, a single item gets isolated and is given a thorough brake down. If you have that one item that is timeless and you'd like to show it off, we welcome a good review of it with lots of great pictures. Reviews can be a standard run down to your liking, or a LaLD signature style called Concours d Modella. Either way is greatly appreciated :]
Now, lets get to the awesome reviews of the week!
First up, an anticipated review by our buddy ZTP and the 2012 Ford Taurus by Greenlight. I had one of these in my hands ready to purchase at one point but I didn't have enough of the moneyz and put it back. Man do I regret it with ZTP's awesome review. To check it out, click on the link below.
Next up covering the 1:43 scale, fintail presented another of those too cool Dinky 38f. This was of a pre-war Jaguar SS1000 (or "Jaguar" for our English members) lol. Cool car all around. Has a bit of age but that is never a bad thing. Gotta respect all things that are older than you for sure. To check it out, click on the link below.
*skies darken.... thunder is heard in the distance......this can only mean one thing..* IT'S CONCOURS d'MODELLA TIME!!!!!
Cue the explosions please sir!
First up, next LaLD Author comes out hitting a home run with an awesome review of a timeless classic from Maisto, the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Convertible. A bit more detail especially in the undercar than most Maisto. A reminder, the Maisto 1:18 stack outs are out at your local Costco and Sam's. To see this awesome first post/review, click on the link below.
Next up, Philip did an awesome CCCC Combo breaker on Ferrari Friday reviewing the oh so legendary Lamborghini Countach from Bburgaro. this car looked like a toy in 1:1 to start with so scaling it down kept it's identity well. Those distributor cables!!! To check it out, click on the link below.
Next, a TE71 Xin's Concours d'Modella debut! Its awesome to see the classic TE71 style reviews mixed so flawlessly with Cd'M. Awesome review of the 1:43 Ferrari F40 by Kyosho. Those details!!! Wow, the details are extraordinary! It is a fine example in a not too common color. To check it our, click on the link below.
Last but not least at all, racecar legend t_s and another orange post. This time, a sublime review of a Porsche 935 slant nose Jaegermeister by Truescale Miniatures. Absolutely awesome car that took Bob Wollek to victory. You will not be disappointed again by this top shelf review. Many wallpaper opportunities here. To see the review, click on the link below.
Until next time :]
