This purchase has a nice backstory. One of our fellow collectors resides in Japan for most part of the year. He had discovered a way to make Japanese die casts erm, more affordable, by getting them from used shops. I managed to snatch this one from his FB sales thread. Paid a decent amount of money for this, but I am far from disappointed.

This one comes from a super - obscure brand called Gulliver64 (you can thank me later ). The first encounter with their products is a little more than jaw dropping.

However the age has clearly taken its toll, as seen by the rust bubbles under the roof and the state of the tires. Otherwise there is nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about this.

The actual car itself is one of my personal favorites, a remnant from an era where Japanese executive saloons looked perfect.
