With M2 machines Auto asian line I’ve found it has some quality control issues namely in the race version of the skyline and since I’m not under contract with M2 and not getting any thing for free I’m going to address it.

The first thing like the Fairlady Z is the hood can be real lose and flops around causing this first real issue

One of the backing to the post that secure the grill and lights piece popped off and making the part push out and if it was shaken around even more I’m sure the part could fall off. A simple fix would be a lil piece of plastic like they use on the 1:24th scale cars to keep the hood closed or propped up.

Next is an issue the customizes will face when wanting to re-paint or detail the interior.

The chin spoiler is super glued on making it difficult to remove with out damaging the plastic part. Since it was super glued after or still wet when the base was attached it cause (at least mine) to be permanently stuck. I found this out when I was trying to fix the grill/light piece and couldn’t get the base off it.

I know M2 machines are trying to bring us the best die cast at an affordable price but when you’re spending 6 or more on something and have to fix it it’s a big let down. I do like them and glad we now have a more affordable set of classic Nissan cars and not stuck paying for the higher costs from another brand.

I have sent this info to M2 machines and hopefully they will do something to fix the future releases of these cars so people who buy the higher end hobby exclusives don’t run into this problem.
