Marushin BMW Turbo Concept

Hey guys, I haven’t posted in a while, but I’ve been revising for my upcoming exams. However, I made a very special purchase I needed to share before exam season. As you may know, my favourite car of all time is the 1972 BMW Turbo Concept. Luckily Jobjoris messaged me when he came across an extremely rare Marushin version. We settled on a price and communicated via e-mail. He was great to strike a deal with, a really nice and genuine guy! I wanted to post this for Teutonic Tuesday, but that’s the day my exams start, so I’m posting this early. Thanks again Jobjoris!

Reasonable representation of the M31, this would be my only criticism of the model.

Comparison with my Schuco version. The Schuco is more detailed, but the Marushin has all the cool features. If only there was a way to combine them...

I think its clear on who wins the detail contest

Jobjoris also included this sweet ‘1 Series’, but my little cousin caught eye of it, so I said he could have it - it was in pretty bad shape, Jobjoris already did a review on it.

Can you tell I like the Turbo? This is my original brochure from 1972, with its own production number, straight from München

The post service in The Netherlands must be really quick, this arrived within around 4 days of Jobjoris sending it. Thanks a lot Jobjoris, I can’t tell you how happy I was to receive this!
