I’m probably not the only player today. Because if you made it to the end of my yesterday’s post regarding my iHWEP with Shopteachter you might have seen my remark about a little bag that was in his package as well. With the tiniest of things. Things I did not have yet. Therefor this is my first Micro Machines Monday post ever.
Not all of these I find easy to recognize. But let us first open up this little fun-bag.
Of course, that Teutonic beast I recognize in a heartbeat. Here’s the complete line up:
Which is, I suppose, a Mercedes-Benz SLK. Could be an SL, especially from the rear. The head-lights are definitely more SLK though.
Another Teutonic Micro Machine, a golden BMW Z3. No doubt here.
Here is where my real problems start. It’s American but my knowledge of the American market is very limited. It’s no Mustang, Cobra or GT40: I can tell that.
A shag van. With a tow hitch. Probably carpeted in the back. Too bad the orange isn’t red in that striping, that way it would be a bit more Teutonic. Again: no idea. GMC?
I really like this one, the first gen Toyota MR2 W10. Can’t tell if it’s a AW11 or AW10 though. The AW10 (with the more economical 1452 cc/82hp engine) was totally JDM so let’s assume it’s an AW11.
And the best of the bunch, the 928 “Il Mostro”. No idea who came up with the idea this is supposed to be awesome, but it really is. And it takes us to the end of my Micro Machine Monday. It will take a while before I’ll submit another entry for MMM, nevertheless: You all have a great week!
And once again: Thank you very much Shopteacher! I’m really glad we did another trade!
