Today we have a classic muscle car matchup: Chevy vs. Ford.
It’s an odd duo, but one that could have been seen on the street in the early 70’s. The Camaro is a 1970 model, and as the hood indicates with a 396.
Hotwheels did this one the way I prefer my models, with a minimum of striping, and a realistic appearance, without added blowers, or scoops, or flares. A realistic model of a classic vehicle.
And then there’s the Ford. This is a 1972 Ford Ranchero, referred to in a lot of places as a “ute”, though we Americans never seemed drawn enough to them to give them a cool name.
This one is a little heavy on the striping, but overall a nice rendition of this little truck.
