My latest 356. Caution! It's naked!

After seeing Nate13's great custom of the 959 test mule, I thought I’d share my latest creation. I got such great responces from you, my peers, from my last two 356's.

I like doing something a bit different, like Baja, or the widly flared 356. So I came up with the idea of a 356 Bonneville salt flats racer.

I smoothed everything. I then gave the car a 3 to 4 inch chop top to reduce drag and give the car a more aggressive look.

The car is sitting on custom axles that were raised into the interior piece to lower the overall stance of the car. Skinny speed disk wheels were provided by the front ends of a pair of Formula Solar castings.

I haven’t decided on a color yet, but as soon as I get a new airbrush hose it will be covered. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it.
