Obscure supercars.

We have our well known exotics like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin. We have somewhat obscure exotics such as Koenigsegg and Pagani. We have very obscure exotics like these two; Vector W8 Twin Turbo and the B Engineering Edonis. The Vector was part of an HWEP with androoo and I bought the Edonis off eBay. Let’s get to it....

The Vector W8 is definitely obscure. I was interested in it because it looked cool, but I actually had to look it up after seeing this HW in androoo’s post, as I had no idea what it was. It’s a very rare car, with only 17 sold, and it is a beast from the good ol’ USA. From TopSpeed:

The W8 delivered staggering numbers for the early 1990s, outperforming the fastest Ferraris and Lamborghinis of the era. In 1992 it was declared the fastest production car in the world by Road & Track, but its laurels were quickly stolen by the McLaren F1, which arrived for the 1993 model year. Despite its short-lived success, the Vector W8 remains the first American-built supercar and already benefits from classic status, with some examples fetching enormous amounts of cash.

The Edonis, from what I understand, is an Italian car based off the Bugatti EB110. It’s also rare, with only 21 built, but, I have never seen any video footage of this car nor one for sale. Maybe all of them are in various private collections away from the public eye. I mean, we only know 2 out of 3 who own the Lamborghini Veneno, after all. More on the Edonis:

I love obscure cars. I really do. Someone needs to appreciate them, and I’m someone who does. I’m sure you guys can appreciate these lesser known cars as well.

Also, did I mention the HW castings of these two cars are pretty good? I like them, at least.
