PICKING THE COLLECTIVE LaLD BRAIN...

I picked up a few beat up old Matchbox/Lesney castings over the weekend. I usually keep them as they are if they haven’t been painted on by brush with nail polish or the like, I have grown very fond of the chipped paint and imperfections on them.

Among the cars that I picked up, I have a very cool Mustang fastback whose paint job is pretty beat up, I bought mainly because I really love that particular model and I would have hated leaving it behind. I would love to hear from you if you think I should leave the beast as it is right now, or if I should try to chip all the paint away (I will probably not open it up to bathe in solvent just because I feel it is a pain in the butt and I don’t want to mess the car up more than it is).
