I got this on Monday from Sam’s. At first I wanted to change the wheels on it but then they grew on me. They give the car a more retro look even though the car was made in 2004(retro enough). Doug that’s your queue to bring out the dollar store diecast. It was very slightly misting when I was taking these pics so the rain looks kinda scale.
It has fully opening features with steering wheels but not very much angle. The frunk has good detail but the door has some pretty big dog-legs (I think that’s what they’re called.
The interior detail is good for the price. It is all plastic with no carpet. The seats are a soft rubbery plastic that mimics the leather seats of the real car. there is painted details as well like the seat belt clips and radio knobs and buttons.
The engine detail is all one piece of plastic that has bits painted to separate the components like the tubes and fluid reservoirs.
