Since I got all my holiday shopping done way early this year and work decided to keep us all out of the office for Christmas Eve, I have a rare blip of time with zero responsibilities. So, I decided to finish up some customs that have been sitting around on my bench from over the summer.

This Matchbox Alfa Romeo SZ was a complete playworn wreck when I got it. I stripped it down and painted it deep forest green. This is one of my first “baked finish” cars that I used a toaster oven to bake the paintjob and reduce orange peel. It worked pretty well. I used a flat acrylic paint for the roof to mimic the real car & the results were ok. Overall I am pretty happy with how it turned out. :)
