My go-to seller for diecast was out of town for a few weeks. So after taking a break from hunting, I went all out and spent $$$ on 1/64s.

Starting with the cheaper items, we have this Power Wagon. I got it on behalf of a fellow LaLDer since I’m about to mail him the package and he wanted one. I paid a bit over retail and over the price we agreed upon but figured it was worth it considering how heavy it was when I picked it up (monster truck + metal body + metal base, this thing is hefty!)

Next we have this this blue Porsche 996 from FnF. Mainlines are generally 2x retail price at this booth but it’s a good selection.

This was also picked up on behalf of a fellow LaLDer. And the price was phenomenal too. Maybe I’ll get one for myself next week.

I saw this and immediately texted yet another fellow LaLDer who’s been on a Cougar Craze lately. If he didn’t want to pay for it, I would have at least given it to him as a Hanukkah present. First thing he noticed was the wheels, which I thought were just CM5s. After getting home, I realize this thing has Real Riders and an opening hood! For less than the price of a Chicken Bake, this thing was a steal!

Here’s another super cheap one. Cost less two slices of warehouse club pizza whereas I’d have to buy two whole pizzas to get one on eBay.

And there’s plenty of these to go around. You guys should know why I got more than one.

This was newly stocked. I got a fellow LaLDer the last Tahitian Green one but I like this white one more and got one for myself.

It’s significantly large than the TLVN version.

After I saw a fellow LaLDer overpay for some special GT-Rs last week, I had to step in and help with some other similar special releases. I though there was a pair of red and blue but apparently we’re too late now. At least he’s getting the red for cheap.

Ah, I should’ve waited. The US Packaging for the Modulo kit Type R is much better. AND I got this for cheaper than the HK version. At least the HK one I jumped the gun on is RHD and the MiJo version is LHD.

Same here with the McLaren. A fellow LaLDer and I jumped the gun. And this packaging is SWEET! I know a few of you guys want one so I’ll be back next Saturday for more (I already unloaded my two). You guys know how much they cost me right?

Total damage so far: $63

And here’s the fancier stuff. Last Kyosho Porsche in the display case so I got it. Wasn’t ridiculously cheap but a gut feeling told me to buy it. I like the Beads Collection with their extra detail such as brakes and the tiny roof antenna.

And this one’s a bit unusual. Most expensive item I’ve gotten from this vendor and I paid for it ahead of time. But there’s no way you’ll find it any cheaper than I did.

What’s in it? Fancy. My first time holding a HW in an acyrlic case.

Out of 6000, my first time seeing a HW serial number too!

How badly does my wallet hurt after yesterday? At these prices and after taking a break from diecast buying (and reimbursements coming later on) it surprisingly doesn’t.
