The HAWLage continues to trickle in at a steady pace. Found these 5 excellent Hot Wheels this week. This is probably the weakest release for the Integra but it’s still neat. The other 4 cars are fantastic.
I had gotten some 787Bs out of storage to shoot with my new Tomica Limited Vintage 787B earlier this week. I happened to have a slew of New Superfast in the same box, so I figured I’d give them some attention as well!
We took a little walk in the woods, so I brought a little truck along.
This truck is from Greenlight and it’s a replica of the “Sgt. Rock” truck from Stacey David’s Gearz show. I don’t know anything about the show, but I saw this truck and thought it was pretty cool! It’s very nicely detailed and looks just like the truck featured on the show. I love how big it is! And how can you go…
I told Jobjoris I was interested in a new Defender coming out from Schuco that I had seen online. It wasn’t something I was desperate to have, just something I liked the look of.
Lately I’ve been having a lot of issues with random episodes of vertigo, starting with the first (and worst) one happening while giving a presentation at work. That resulted in me being removed from the office via stretcher and transported by EMS to the local ER. They continue at random, but none have been nearly as…
Today’s patrol was pretty nice in our brand new Land Rover Defender 110. We just picked it up yesterday! We had to go out and check on the trails after last night’s rain. Reports from the morning patrol found everything in good shape and deemed the trail clear and open.
LAND ROVER DEFENDER BY MATCHBOX
One of my favorite casts that I can now call my own creation. Nothing too serious, but it needed more detail and less tampo.
For my 1:64 entry, let’s go a slightly different route. I was going to enter the lovely Kyosho Ueno Clinic 1998 LeMans winning McLaren F1 GTR, then thought about the MBX Jaaaaaaaaaaag XJ120 I just got from Tinfoil Hat, but enough with all these posh cars. Let’s go to the countryside. Let’s go plucky over powerful.…
We’ve had a lot of rain the last few days that’s caused a significant amount of flooding. So during a break in the rain, I took the opportunity to take my Land Rover Defender out for a little exploring. And of course, since it is equipped with a snorkel, I just had to go through to roaring river.
Hoo boy, have I got an update.
Got this box from Frosted today. Was only expecting the Range Rover, which I've been after for years, so thanks for it and the extras!
Finally got the chance to take the Camel Trophy into its natural habitat today. Light was good outside for a change, and the weeds in my backyard form a nice jungle, so please join me in reliving this awesome Land Rover's adventures:
I finally got around to muddying up the Camel Trophy LR Defender last night, and now it looks like it just finished up a nasty muddy jungle stage.
We're still in the beginning stages though, so the car looks pretty clean so far. But more muddy jungle terrain is still to come! Stay tuned!
