...or does the new Johnny Lightning Honda CRX have waaaaaaaaay too much wheel gap in the rear?? It looks like those raked out muscle car wannabes or something. Is mine just an error, or are they all made like this?
I made a couple surfboards and just a few touches I added to this Wagoneer. I really like this casting. It’s kind of a failure, because I wanted fatter tires on it, but I didn’t drop the axels low enough. Oh well, that will happen on the next one:) I was also lucky to find that Yota at Hobby Lobby. I NEVER find stuff…
Kowalski brought his puppies to work, today. Say hi to Pinky and Shadow:D
My favorite of the set! I gave it some extra details and sat it next to a fresh one for comparison;)
Just scouting some terrain for the next safari :D
I had a bit of a mail call this week. I’m really impressed by the Charger Daytonas from Ertl and their opening trunk feature. Anyway, this fed my muscle car appetite... for now;) Oh, and I made a shovel, too:D I wanna start making some more things in 1/64 scale. I’ve always been fascinated with miniatures.
You know Kowalski is a happy camper, just by looking at what’s in the garage. Mopar or no car.
They were looking for John Wick. Instead, they cornered Kowalski in his car. Big mistake. Burnouts in reverse, anyone?:p
Or should I say a revelation of my 3rd package as this is the only content so no sense in hiding it. I already have a few Land Cruisers but I did not have this gray and it seems like a nice color to add so decided to get one at a decent price.
Moving towards the newer Johnny Lightning releases, let’s head over to my 156th post with their latest Muscle Cars USA.
For my 155th post is the introduction of a new tool by good ole Johnny.
And I am not making this up. For my 154th post is the dynamic duo of Wicked Wagons by who else but Johnny Lightning.
Wait I thought only Hot Wheels has mystery models. For my 153rd post are some previous releases by RC2 of these covered models which are probably not too mysterious to some for teutonic Tuesday.
In time for Murica Monday, my 152nd post is a look back at one of Johnny Lightning’s past releases. Here is a model that is related to plastic model kits.
Before JDM is a buzzword, Johnny Lightning and others came up with a few selected Japanese casting. On my 151st post is one of Johnny Lightning’s best known Japanese casting, the Land Cruiser.
every time I tried to look for those elusive Car Culture?
I love these Wagoneers. MBX did a great job! They’re VERY close in size.
Sorry to interrupt the Car Week madness! This is just a quick HAWL update before a big vacation that will hopefully involve some major die-cast purchases. That HAWL will definitely need its own post.
First off, a couple of fantastic 1/43s. The Mazda prototype is a Spark and the Inetegra is from a brand called…
