This is Dan, I’ve been out of town on business, so I fell behind and I’ve now published “And Tubbed” featuring Bradley Brownell from Cammed and Tubbed, as well as Jalopnik.
I picked up these Tootsie Toy Porsches at an antique store in Baltimore. In fact, they’re the first cars I discussed on the podcast, I think. They are so rough and so thoroughly lacking of detail, yet full of character.
I know it seems like Episode 9 just came out today, because it did, but we are banking some episodes for some planned travel. We will be talking all things JDM tomorrow evening with Rob (aka JediMario) after his great trip to Japan. Be sure and ask questions for him. Don’t make me put Lloyd on the spot again.
I bought this AMG GT by Majorette at Toys R Us. It was discounted 10%. It’s actually a nice little car, but super light on the details. It’s fun to look at, but it doesn’t evoke my imagination of driving it. But for near Hot Wheels money, who can complain?
I graduated from high school in 1984. I lived through the Radwood era, defined now as being from the 80s to the 90s. My version was loosely based on Alex P. Keaton. Think preppy. Very preppy. We’ll be recording at 5:00 PM Eastern with Bradley Brownell, Weekend Editor of Jalopnik, Co-Founder of Radwood, and Co-Host of the Cammed and Tubbed Podcast. The focus of the episode will be on 80's and 90's cars in the Diecast World.
Tonight our guest will be Cameron Vanderhorst of the Cammed and Tubbed Podcast. He’s the one driving. Next week, we’ll have Bradley Brownell, of the same podcast on the show. He’s the passenger.

Tonight Lloyd, Ryan and I will be recording another episode of Live and Let Diecast: The Podcast. Our guest will be Patrick Strong of Model Citizen. Some discussion points will be about Model Citizen, of course, but also about AutoCult Models and much, much, more.
If you listen to the Live and Let Diecast Podcast, and why wouldn’t you, you’d know I went to Walt Disney World a short time ago. I love Disney. Period. I’m an old guy according to Ryan (Frosted), and yet I like to actually have fun.
Pillarless Coupe, Mosqvich and myself have decided to start a little podcast after many moons spent discussing toys privately. Our first episode is up on iTunes now!
