This weekend just two car-related items were on my schedule: finishing the cars of the Lego Speed Champions Porsche Le Mans kit (with the kid) and opening the package from my iHRAP mit Außerirdische Sonde (iHWEP with Alien Probe). I showed two of those already last Sunday but here is the rest of what was in that box. So let’s start with the Teutonic content!

Finally: my first 356B Outlaw. Hope it’s not the last, this one seems pretty good when it comes to tampo and card, probably will stay this way. If I can control my self.

Half Teutonic as many regard this as being British. The Escort was Ford of Europe AG’s first car. HQ of Ford of Europe AG is in Germany. And it was built all over Europe (England, Belgium, Germany).

A loose blue Maisto 911 Turbo. Has a great MBX feel to it (had one of those in my youth), I wouldn’t be surprised if Maisto used old MBX molds or something. Wheels look the same as well.

The brown one is a “Made in China”. Certainly not the quality of the Maisto. But it’s rear side window is better shaped than the Maisto’s.

But wait: The brown one has a driveshaft and some sort of differential up front: It’s a 964 or 959 test mule!!!!

That was all the Teutonic stuff. There was one other cast from Europe though, the car that actually started this iHWEP a bit, I think. Alien Probe already showed it so if you want to see more check it out here. As the Europe was the first Lotus I ever rode shotgun in my youth I have fond memories to this one.

Hongwell 1/72 Lotus Europa in Orange. Amazed with the details and definitely the right color.

The rest was all casts from the new world. My iHWEP’n is resulting in an everyday more diversified collection.

If you notice these casts are all movie-related: Yes, totally right. Demolition Man’s Olds 442.

Maybe my favorite cast of the package, the AW/C&D GT40. In red this time, I’ve got the blue one already from an iHWEP with Shopteacher.

Alien Probe added a nice set of HW-stickers that were snatched out of my hands by my 3 year old immediately, she loves ‘m! I’ll probably find those all over the house in the near future, so my wife asked you to thank you for that ;-). Wait, what is this...

A presidential limo. Not sure what president was supposed to drive this one. I’m sure Trump’s will be white or something.

It has the seal to prove it is presidential. Although it is made in China. Of course.

Further more: Last week Borsuq asked if anyone owned a Lego Speed Champions set. I had one laying around so we (my daughter and I, I was only allowed to put the stickers on) finished that as well. Totally Teutonic so I thought I’d share that as well today.
