I picked this Silverado for my son as we breezed through the toy section at Wal Mart. Didn’t realize it had no windows!?
A quick e-mail through their contact form, and now they are sending me a $3 voucher in the mail for the missing part.

Anyone else ever contact Mattel for parts/issues. Or take them up on the guarantee?
