“Slammed” or lowered cars look great, both in real life, and in Diecasts. But while it is easy to find real-life cars that’s 3 to 4 inches off the ground - its not so easy to find the same proportions in Diecast.
Most 1/64 cars are meant to be played with so the wheels needs to be easy to roll and a little flexible (but it should not hit the body). Manufacturers find it difficult because it has to be very exact. Sometimes they get it right but most of the time they dont.
So when something comes along that’s lowered and done right - I just had to have it. I just think its awesome. The Hotwheels Porsche 993 GT2 is a great example.
What other cars do you think is lowered “just right”?
