Very few of my customs have ever made it from the garage to the house. I believe the Cunningham is worthy. It just needs some cat protection.
These Yatming boxes are perfect. They just need a little dirt. First I measured where the axles were and drilled some holes. And sawed off the screw piece.
Tamiya tape for the edges. Painters tape for the rest.
I actually took a piece of our yard dirt to Walmart and got a really close match with Nutmeg.
Whoever invented “Woodland Scenics” is a genius. I’m not paying $20 for a little bag of dirt. I have dirt at my house. (I pay $20 for bags of other stuff)
After sifting enough chunks out... Paint then add dirt.
Immediately take the tape off.
This is where the paper gets ripped off some twist ties to attach the axles to the base of the box.
But!!! I’ll retape and repaint and reapply dirt in the morning. Dodge Viper SRT10 is just barely visible.
You’ll get in the house soon enough C4R.
C4R spells CAR. I know this was made way before personalized license plates but come on. He named it CAR.
