On Saturday, I stopped by the Merchant Square Mall in Allentown, PA to check out their model train display. It’s something a little different, but diecast related.  I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but I came away fairly impressed;

It even has its own lake and simulated thunderstorms with real rain!

There were two set-ups; O and HO (I think, correct me if I’m wrong) Both were quite nice. My only complaint, however, was the inconsistency of the scale of the traffic vehicles in both set-ups. It was only a minor annoyance, but enough to be noticeable.
