Now it makes sense why my wife asked me, “What in the world do you do down there in the basment?” I told her I was either making customs or taking pictures of diecasts to post down here. She gave me quite a present for Valentines Day, a LimoStudio collapsible photo studio! I was blown away by it! Even though I’ve seen people use things like this, it never ever occurred to me to ask for one. Or even think about buying one. Mrs. Shopteacher works in the toy industry, and apparently they use this same set up to photograph toys.

So here’s my first shot at using it. It was definitely past my bedtime when I got it set up, so I didn’t do any kind of prep or take much time to take these. It came with a little tri-pod, but I don’t yet have a way to mount my phone to it. So for now I’m just holding the phone still, like a pleb :)

Anyway, enjoy a play-worn MBX Countach that I bought last year at a junk shop. Gotta love a dirty diecast :)
