This is the one Maisto that I picked up yesterday after manfully resisting a lot of the others. It’s a tastefully modified 1969 (I think - the car’s upstairs and I’m too lazy to go up there to check) Corvette Coupe. This one just pushes a lot of my buttons: yellow looks good on the C3 and the black makes it really sharp, nice blower, T-tops, side pipes, big meats in back.

Paint is good except for a minor flaw on the driver’s door that was not visible due to packaging. Tampos are also nice and crisp with only a minor alignment issue on the front emblem that you can see in the top picture (but really, at this scale, I’m not gonna complain too much).

Overall, I’ve been quite pleased with the larger Maisto offerings, but haven’t explored their 1:64 stuff very much. This feels a little bit less substantial than some of the other premium offerings available, but detail is good and QC seems fine, so at $4, it’s perfectly acceptable.

Interior detail is good - the 5-point harnesses are a nice touch.

Makes me wanna get out the rattlecans and put some stripes on my Buick.

Once again, the potato-cam slightly distorts things, but otherwise the back looks good.

Thanks for looking!
